Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking qualified mental health professionals to provide remote, telehealth group services for adolescents and young adults. A Master’s degree is required, with experience in group treatment and multiple modalities.

The role is part-time and 1099, with evening and weekend hours to accommodate client schedules. You'll facilitate groups using up-to-date Charlie Health curricula, maintain documentation within 24 hours, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI a plus).

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks.
• Meet monthly with supervisor for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start.
• Facilitate groups for the hour and foster engagement.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and current curriculum.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in supervision.
• Maintain timely treatment documentation within 24 hours.
