Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring part-time clinicians to deliver remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. Masters degree in mental health is required; experience with multiple modalities and group facilitation is essential.

You will engage clients via video, follow Charlie Health curricula, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining professional standards. The role is a 1099, part-time position with evening availability; prior telehealth experience and strong tech setup

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with modalities including DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification is a plus.
• Ability to conduct group treatment and engage participants on video.
• Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions and reliable WIFI.
• Comfort using Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and cloud-based tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with supervision monthly for required check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack communications promptly (within 48 hours).
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start time.
• Arrive early and facilitate groups for the full hour.
• Follow best practices and current Charlie Health curriculum.
• Collaborate across age groups and cohorts as needed.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on participation.
• Adhere to operational policies and professional standards.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision sessions.
