Job summary

Lucid Motors in Dallas is seeking a Service Technician to perform basic repairs on Lucid vehicles, document vehicle interactions, and conduct software updates during inspections. You will collaborate with the service team and communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years, customer-facing experience, and are willing to travel and learn High/Low Voltage systems, with CPR training post hire and a valid license.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Customer facing experience with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and DMS software.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; older candidates must have held a license for 3 years and complete Lucid training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Basic repairs on Lucid vehicles including removal and replacement of parts and tests.
• Document all vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
• Perform software updates on cars during inspection process.
• Communicate and collaborate with service team and customers.
• Learn High/Low Voltage systems and apply attention to detail.
• Support mobile service team; travel may be needed.
• Other duties as assigned
