Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Lucid vehicles, including high voltage systems. You will document work orders, collaborate with the service team and customers, and support mobile service as needed. ASE certifications are preferred and CPR training may be provided post hire.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years of automotive tech experience with EV/HEV exposure, HV/LV knowledge, and a valid driver's license. A CDL or advanced licensing is not required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive service technician experience, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Experience with High Voltage and Low Voltage systems in EVs.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn a proprietary DMS system.
• EPA 609 Certification is required.
• Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training after hire.
• Valid driver’s license; drivers under 21 require longer DL history and training.

Responsibilities

• Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical/mechanical diagnosis.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV powertrains.
• Document repair orders accurately (The Three C's).
• Use software to document vehicle interactions with customers.
• Collaborate with service team and customers; communicate learned skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and provide positive customer experiences.
• Support mobile service team and work remotely as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
