Job summary

Insight Global in Rutherford, NJ seeks a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid Motors vehicles, focusing on EV/HEV systems. ASE certifications are preferred and Lucid will reimburse related costs.

You will work with the service team, document repair orders, and support mobile units remotely as needed. Requires 2-5 years automotive experience and EPA 609 certification.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, attention to detail, and ongoing learning in a luxury EV environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and diagnose electrical/mechanical problems.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV powertrains.
• Follow repair order procedures (Three C's).
• Document all customer vehicle interactions in the software suite.
• Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers.
• Demonstrate and teach learned technical skills to others.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and create positive client experiences.
• Support mobile service team remotely as needed.
