Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. ASE certifications within 6–8 months of hire are expected, with Lucid reimbursing costs upon successful completion. The role involves handling HV/LV systems, documenting repairs, and supporting a mobile service team.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in automotive service, EV/HEV experience, EPA 609, and a clean driver’s license. Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as automotive service technician.
• EV/HEV diagnosis and repair experience.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• ASE certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4) and related training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
• Maintain knowledge of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and EV systems.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three C's).
• Document customer vehicle interactions using the software suite.
• Communicate and collaborate with service team and customers.
• Demonstrate and teach learned skills to others.
• Support mobile service team as needed.
