Job summary

Centric Software, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations specialist to support European customers in a fully remote role based in Germany. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Legal to optimize contracts, commissions, and billing using Salesforce CPQ and related tools.

You will administer Salesforce and CPQ, manage dashboards and reports, and drive process improvements across regions. Prior CPQ/Salesforce experience is required; German remote work is ideal.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce and CPQ administration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to own projects and drive to completion.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize contracts and pricing within Salesforce CPQ.
• Maintain and reconcile customer data, licenses, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and License/Hosting teams on contract revisions and revenue terms.
• Provide training to Sales on Salesforce and CPQ processes.
• Act as CPQ admin and backup Salesforce admin for European users.
