Job summary

Join is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join an international team supporting Sales teams and partners across markets. You will manage sales opportunities, quotes, and partner data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting in a fully remote setup.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in sales support, fluent English and German, and experience with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP/S4 or partner portals. The position is a 6-month contract with extension potential.

Qualifications

• 2-year university degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support or similar role.
• Advanced English and Advanced German required.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP/S4 or partner/customer portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales opportunities, customer and partner information.
• Support quote creation, modification, and validation.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Prepare data for reports and business analysis.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance and KPIs.
• Coordinate activities through established sales and operational processes.
• Communicate status updates with sales teams, partners and customers.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
