Job summary

IES Abroad is seeking a Salesforce Administrator, Billing & CPQ to own Billing/CPQ configurations, support, and related tickets for our global Salesforce instance. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Product Owner & Support Manager and cross-train team members across time zones.

The role requires 3+ years in Salesforce Billing/CPQ, strong admin skills, and excellent English communication. This is a full-time role with remote or Chicago Headquarters work options.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, information technology, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator 1 Certification required.
• Billing/CPQ related certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Salesforce Billing and CPQ configurations and workflows.
• Manage payment processor integration and vendor relationships.
• Diagnose and resolve Billing/CPQ tickets.
• Cross-train Salesforce team members on Billing/CPQ processes.
• Support internal process controls and SOP documentation.
• Perform core Salesforce administration: users, layouts, reports, dashboards, automations.
• Install and maintain AppExchange apps as needed.
• Develop and modify reports/dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
• Ensure Salesforce security model is correctly configured.
• Design and deliver end-user training materials.
