Sword, an AI healthcare company pioneering AI Care, is hiring a Deal Desk/Contract Management lead to draft, negotiate, and execute contracts end-to-end. You’ll advise reps on deal levers and standard positions, and maintain data integrity in Salesforce and CLM within a remote, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in deal desks or commercial legal ops and hands-on redlining experience, with strong commercial judgment and Salesforce/CLM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Deal Desk, Contract Management, or Commercial Legal Ops.
• Hands-on redlining experience and strong commercial judgment.
• Experience with Salesforce and a CLM tool.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts end-to-end.
• Advise reps on deal levers and coach them on standard positions.
• Keep system of record accurate in Salesforce and CLM.
