Job summary

Bybit EU is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to own the end-to-end operational experience for European customers, driving efficiency and reducing cost to serve. The role covers AML/AFC, customer services, payments, MiFID operations, trading desk operations and external partner management.

You will report to the EU Group CEO and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Technology, Product and global Operations to build a scalable European operating model and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, fintech, digital assets, brokerage or capital markets, with executive leadership experience.
• Strong ownership mentality, high agency and accountability across organizational boundaries.
• Proven leadership of multi-functional, regulated operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European operational strategy aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across European entities for efficiency, scalability and service quality.
• Own budgets, KPIs, resource allocation and performance management.
• Drive transformation, automation and continuous process improvement.
• Lead end-to-end customer journey across operations, collaborating with Product, Technology and global teams to reduce friction and costs.
