Job summary

Bybit is expanding in the EU, and seeks a Senior Payments Product Owner to lead the lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital wallets, fiat currencies and stablecoins. You will drive essential enhancements while partnering with legal, AML, compliance and the sales team to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

Required: 4–6 years in banking, payments or fintech as a Product Owner/PM, plus deep knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT and ISO 20022 and EU

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in banking, payments or fintech as a Product Owner/PM.
• Deep knowledge of payment rails (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022) and digital assets.
• Solid understanding of EU financial regulations, AML, and KYC.
• Fluent English; German preferred; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, digital wallets, fiat currencies and stablecoins.
• Act as interface between technical teams, legal & compliance, AML, payments operations, and sales.
• Drive business development, advise on API integrations for fiat and EMT flows, and establish strategic partnerships.
• Manage projects from conception through execution to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
