Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Head of Marketing EU to drive strategy and execution across European markets. You will own brand, growth, product marketing, customer acquisition, communications, content and channel strategy with a focus on crypto trading and derivatives.

Reporting to the EU Group CEO, you will collaborate with Product, Country Managers, Compliance and global Marketing teams to drive sustainable user, trading and revenue growth. Bybit offers a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership in crypto or fintech.
• Experience leading multi-market strategies in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of crypto trading, derivatives and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute European marketing strategy across brand, acquisition and retention.
• Lead go-to-market for crypto trading products and partnerships.
• Own European channel, content, and PR strategy and budget.
• Build and lead a high-performing European marketing function with governance.
