Qualifications

• Significant 15+ years in financial services or fintech with executive leadership.
• Experience managing complex, multi-functional operations in regulated financial services environments.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks including MiCA, MiFID II, AML, DORA.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European operational strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across European entities for efficiency, scalability and service quality.
• Own budgets, KPIs, resource allocation and performance management; drive automation and transformation.
• Oversee AML/AFC operations including KYC/KYB, due diligence, transaction monitoring and investigations.
• Lead European customer service, payments, MiFID trading operations and external partner management.
• Establish governance, risk management and business continuity frameworks; ensure regulatory compliance.
