Job summary

Bybit is seeking a seasoned European Head of Product to define and execute the continent’s product strategy across trading, payments and investments. You will own the European product roadmap, align with regulatory requirements, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You will identify market opportunities, translate customer insights into specifications, drive adoption and revenue growth, and partner with global teams to ensure consistency across markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, digital financial services or tech with executive leadership.
• Experience leading multi-market product portfolios and international teams.
• Strong knowledge of crypto trading, derivatives, digital assets, payments and investment services.
• Experience launching financial products in regulated environments.
• Experience leading Product Management and Business Intelligence functions.
• Knowledge of European regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MiFID II, EMI, DORA).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European product strategy aligned with objectives, needs and regulatory requirements.
• Own the European product roadmap, priorities, investment allocation and portfolio performance.
• Identify market opportunities, customer trends and emerging technologies to drive growth.
• Lead the European Product Management function and end-to-end lifecycle management.
