Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ETAB Client Success Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding, prompt support, and effective use of the e|tab platform.

You will conduct demos, configure digital menus, and coordinate onboarding with merchants while meeting SLAs. The role involves handling initial support tickets, installation coordination, and learning Priority platforms to assist clients effectively.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer support, onboarding, or success roles is a plus.
Familiarity with digital ordering systems or POS platforms preferred.
