Job summary

Enterprise Events Group is seeking an Event Technology Leads (ETL) to manage client relationships and drive value across Event360 and other platforms. You will coordinate platform setups, document client requirements, and collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize the customer experience.

The role requires solid experience in customer success for event technology platforms, strong communication, and willingness to travel onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• 3+ years building corporate events websites in Cvent, incentives, SKOs and User Conferences
• Familiarity with clients of all sizes; strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented and analytical; self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with clients for all event technology requirements and adoption.
• Establish trusted advisory relationships and drive continued value of platforms.
• Build events in Cvent and other vendor platforms.
• Identify upsell opportunities during sales cycles to transition to operations.
• Document requirements and coordinate changes with development teams.
• Support on-site travel and client updates as needed.
• Collaborate across teams to improve client satisfaction and value.
