You will interact with contractors and claims teams to keep reviews moving and ensure justification of expenses while meeting deadlines.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning new restoration industry processes, and effective communication across phone, email, and chat channels.

• Comfortable communicating via phone, email, chat, and texting.
• Works well in a team environment while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Seek out, follow through, improve documentation needed to complete Xactimate estimates in a timely efficient manner.
• Daily interaction with contractors to keep estimate reviews moving forward.
• Daily interaction with Claims Management for documentation updates and/or supporting insurance justification.
• Relationship management activities, some consulting, and desire to support & improve client restoration businesses.
• Market Leadership through continuous learning & technology as it pertains to the restoration industry.
• Attend appropriate company meetings.
