Restoration Insurance Billing, LLC seeks a detail-oriented professional for remote-to-hybrid work, focusing on accurate Xactimate documentation and timely estimate support. • Daily interaction with Claims Management for documentation updates and/or supporting insurance justification.
• Relationship management activities, some consulting, and desire to support & improve client restoration businesses.
• Market Leadership through continuous learning & technology as it pertains to the restoration industry.
• Attend appropriate company meetings.

Job Description

This role requires thorough attention to details, daily task implementation of approved or/updated corporate processes to meet performance expectations - not limited to - effective emails, email follow up, corporate CRM data entry, knowledge of basic building systems to innovate and improve client performance expectations, phone calls/virtual consulting, etc.

Candidate must be self-motivated and proficient at keeping deadlines while working remotely.
