RestoreCore is seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator who can assess losses, develop detailed scopes of work, and prepare estimates to support restoration projects. You’ll work with customers, insurance adjusters, and our internal teams to negotiate scope and pricing.

The role requires familiarity with Xactimate, construction methods, and insurance requirements, with opportunities to mentor new estimators and participate in on-call rotations.

Formación

• Experience estimating property damage restoration projects.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and repair processes.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and familiarity with other estimating platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance carrier and third-party administrator requirements.
• Confidence communicating and negotiating with adjusters.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and clear, professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; DASH experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Visit damaged properties to assess losses and develop detailed scopes of work.
• Prepare accurate, timely estimates using Xactimate and other platforms required by insurance carriers or third-party administrators.
• Communicate with adjusters, explain and support your estimates, and negotiate scope and pricing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review estimates, address scope changes, and support project budget and quality requirements.
• Help customers understand the restoration process and explain emergency service agreements.
• Maintain accurate project updates, estimates, photos, and supporting documentation in DASH.
• Build relationships with customers, referral sources, and industry partners.
• Participate in production meetings and training, and mentor developing estimators.
• Support the on-call rotation and emergency response efforts as assigned.
