DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative I to resolve estate accounts with sensitivity and accuracy. This full-time, remote role supports families, estates, and legal representatives, coordinating closely with attorneys and personal representatives.

You will document accounts, communicate clearly, and follow established procedures while maintaining privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Empathetic and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a regulated environment and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Obtain estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Send confirmation and settlement letters as required.
• Accurately document accounts and notate files with correct transaction codes.
• Respond to voicemail messages daily and adhere to policies.
