DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative to resolve accounts for deceased individuals while working with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This remote Florida role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

As part of a supportive team, you will generate calls, document accounts, and negotiate payment arrangements in a regulated environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, and licensure is preferred or obtainable.

• Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Adhere to company policies and client requirements.
• Uphold information security and privacy responsibilities.
• Accurately document accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Obtain estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claims.
