DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative to serve as a primary contact for resolving accounts related to deceased individuals, working closely with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professionalism within a supportive team environment.

The position involves generating outbound calls, documenting accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and following client-specific requirements while ensuring information security and privacy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed Debt Collector or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Ability to learn new systems and use computers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements.
• Uphold information security and privacy responsibilities.
• Accurately document accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Obtain estate information and coordinate with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claims.
