Job summary

DCM Services, LLC is seeking an Account Representative to serve as a key contact resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This remote in Tennessee role is full-time, non-exempt, and emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professionalism within a supportive team.

You will document accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure privacy while following client requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in handling outbound calls and customer interactions with professionalism.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathize and manage sensitive conversations with estates and families.

Responsibilities

Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements.
Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities.
Accurately document accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing.
