Job summary

Cosmo is looking for experienced educators to teach ESL students based in Asia. As a tutor, you'll provide 1-on-1 lessons, set your flexible schedule, and ensure a positive learning environment.

This independent contractor role offers a base rate of $20 USD per hour plus additional incentives. You'll be required to engage students effectively and update availability regularly. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App timely.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate professionally with parents and students.
• Attend all classes on time.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
