Job summary

Cosmo is seeking independent contractors to provide personalized 1-on-1 tutoring for ESL students based in Asia. Tutors enjoy a flexible schedule and must be available between 5-9 AM EST Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of teaching experience, and a passion for helping students learn. Additional incentives and bonuses are offered alongside a base rate of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
