Job summary

Cosmo seeks dedicated tutors to provide personalized 1-on-1 online instruction for ESL students based in Asia. As a tutor, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule and contribute to students' learning success. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience. Compensation starts at $20 USD per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K‑12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K‑12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
