Job summary

Cosmo is seeking tutors for its 1:1 platform to teach ESL students based in Asia. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing educators to connect with students during after-school hours, primarily from 5-9 AM EST.

As an independent contractor, you will provide personalized instruction and create a welcoming virtual environment, requiring at least 20 hours of availability each week and a Bachelor’s Degree along with teaching experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
