Job summary

Cosmo is seeking experienced tutors for 1:1 online lessons with ESL students based in Asia. You will work independently, with flexible scheduling to suit your availability. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of teaching experience with K-12 students.

As a tutor, you'll provide personalized instructions while ensuring a welcoming learning environment. Passion for helping students and reliability are key attributes we look for.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K‑12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K‑12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
