Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Experience with mortgage servicing and loan origination systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• 3–4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Oversee loans with active mortgage insurance for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile, process, and bulk transfer monthly FHA/PMI/USDA payments.
• Boarding and reconciliation for recently acquired loan populations.
• Communicate with FHA/PMI/USDA vendors to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Process reports of loans pending refinance to stop escrow disbursements.
• Generate data points from spreadsheets for daily/weekly tasking and monthly reviews.
