You will work with FHA/PMI/USDA related duties, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and provide regular productivity updates.

Strong math, analytical skills, and ability to work with limited supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Set up escrow lines on FHA/PMI/USDA loans.
• Research and resolve tax, insurance, and flood vendor issues.
• Process cancellation requests for FHA/PMI/USDA.
• Disburse funds on paid-in-full loans with escrow balances.
• Provide weekly and month-end productivity summaries.
• Document updates to mortgagor loans in the system.
• Escalate complex escrow issues to senior staff.
