Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Escrow Oversight Specialist in Chandler, AZ. You will handle escrow setup, research tax and insurance items, and disburse escrow funds on paid loans. You must resolve discrepancies and follow applicable regulations.

The role requires 2–3 years in banking/finance/mortgage or escrow and familiarity with loan servicing systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing and loan origination systems.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks following regulatory requirements.
• Research FHA/PMI/USDA cancellation requests.
• Set up escrow lines on newly originated and acquired loans.
• Resolve property discrepancies for tax, insurance, and flood vendors.
• Provide posting instructions for tax, insurance, and PMI refunds.
• Disburse funds on paid-in-full loans with escrow balance.
• Provide updates and documentation for mortgagor loans in the system.
• Escalate complex escrow issues to senior staff with proposals.
