Job summary

First American Mortgage Solutions is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support disbursement and closing duties within our escrow team in Idaho. You'll handle disbursement ledgers, review closing statements, balance files, and support escrow officers and Title Agents.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ years escrow experience, proficiency in MS Office and escrow software, 40 WPM typing, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years Banking and/or Escrow Experience highly preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office & escrow software knowledge.
• Typing minimum of 40 WPM is required.
• Ability to read/analyze documents and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist escrow branch operations with disbursement of escrow transactions.
• Review and prepare closing files for disbursement after closing.
• Balance files and disburse funds as directed by escrow officers and Title Agents.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Support team goals and maintain accurate records.
