Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years Banking and/or Escrow Experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to type 40 WPM.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and speak effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist escrow branch operations with disbursement of escrow transactions and input data from closing statements.
• Review and prepare closing files for disbursement; confirm balances and disburse funds per direction.
• Coordinate with escrow officers and Title Agents to balance files that have closed and disburse the file.
• Respond to customer needs and support a positive team environment.
