Qualifications

• 2-4 years of escrow related experience as an Escrow Officer.
• Customer service mindset with professional attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service while growing and servicing the business.
• Complete real estate escrow transactions and liaise between buyer, seller, and lender.
• Coordinate with Underwriting to monitor and mitigate risk to the company.
• Ensure funds are properly accounted for and disbursed per contract terms.
• Prepare and review closing statements, documents, and title filings.
