Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, optimization, and support for higher education customers. The role partners with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions and drive adoption across the organization.
You will manage ERP initiatives, lead a team of analysts and technical resources, and influence the technology roadmap while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for a variety of customers.
- Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP.
