Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and transformations across higher education clients. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, guiding initiatives from planning to deployment to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable ERP solutions.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to standardize processes, optimize systems, and drive long-term technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of ERP systems experience including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancements, and optimization initiatives from planning through deployment and support.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP applications.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap in line with growth and strategy.
• Lead and mentor ERP analysts and technical resources; set goals and development plans.
• Oversee ERP operations, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
• Monitor system health, user adoption, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive change management and user adoption across departments.
