Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training on SOLV Energy’s ERP systems for Operations end users. This role supports both remote and in-person training across multiple locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align standards and continuous improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in EPC construction, strong ERP experience (CMiC preferred), and proven ability to design engaging training using Zoom/Teams and MS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or utility-scale EPC construction experience in roles such as Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Controller.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required, with CMiC preferred.
• Proficiency in virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams) and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and reference documents.
• Deliver in-person or virtual training across multiple offices and jobsites.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions, Operations Managers and other stakeholders to ensure aligned content.
• Travel to company offices and jobsites to provide in-person training as needed.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
