Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our ERP systems across Operations. The role supports in-person or virtual training, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with standards and identify improvements.

The trainer will travel to company offices and jobsites as needed and report to the Director of Project Standards. This role requires hands-on ERP experience, CMiC preferred, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPC construction experience in roles such as Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Controller or mix of these.
• Hands-on ERP experience required; CMiC preferred.
• Proficient with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance.
• Develop and update training schedules for development and rollout.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions, BU Operations Managers, Project Controls, and Operations PMO to reflect standards.
• Coordinate with SMEs to validate training accuracy and completeness.
• Gather feedback to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Provide ongoing ERP-related troubleshooting and support.
• Travel to company offices and job sites to provide in-person training.
• Maintain a repository of training resources for end users.
