Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training for our ERP systems, tailored to Operations end users across the enterprise. This role supports both in-person and virtual sessions and reports to the Director of Project Standards.

You will partner with Digital Solutions and Operations leaders, create guides and e-learning, travel to offices and jobsites as needed, and continuously improve training content based on feedback and system changes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPC construction experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Superintendent.
• Strong ERP management experience, CMiC preferred.
• Proficient in virtual training tools (Zoom/Teams) and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong people skills.
• Willing to travel to offices and job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training for Operations end users on ERP systems.
• Create guides, presentations, and reference documents for training.
• Deliver training via workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions and Operations leaders to align standards.
• Gather feedback and improve training content and system utilization.
• Travel to offices and job sites to provide in-person training.
