Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver engaging ERP training for Operations end users across our enterprise systems. The role supports in-person and virtual formats, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align content with company standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in EPC construction with strong project management and ERP experience (CMiC preferred). Travel to sites is required, with some remote work possible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or utility‑scale EPC construction experience.
• ERP systems knowledge; CMiC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; excellent people skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Develop and maintain training materials and references.
• Tailor content to roles and workflows to maximize relevance.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions, BU Operations, and Project Controls to reflect standards.
• Coordinate with SMEs to validate accuracy of training content.
• Gather feedback to assess training effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide ongoing ERP support and troubleshoot user questions.
