Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for ERP systems, tailored to Operations end users across the enterprise. The role supports in-person or virtual training, leveraging deep system knowledge and best practices to meet defined objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content reflects current standards, and coordinate with SMEs to validate materials.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPC construction experience in roles such as Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Controller.
• Proficiency with project management priniciples including change management, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP management.
• Hands-on ERP experience required; CMiC preferred.
• Experience with virtual training tools (Zoom/Teams) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate accuracy of training materials.
• Travel to company offices and job sites to deliver in-person training.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP-related questions.
