Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for Operations end users across ERP systems. You will lead in-person and virtual training, create guides and materials, and tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize effectiveness.

Travel to company offices and jobsites is required. The role demands 7+ years EPC construction experience and strong project-management knowledge, with CMiC ERP hands-on experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or utility-scale EPC construction experience in roles such as Project Manager, Superintendent, or related.
• Hands-on ERP experience; CMiC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to train large groups.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials—guides, presentations, reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
• Develop and update a schedule for the development and implementation of the training program.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure content reflects current standards and operational needs.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate the accuracy of training materials.
• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to assess learning effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support for Operations ERP questions and troubleshooting.
• Travel to company offices and jobsites to provide in-person training.
