Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver engaging ERP training for Operations end users across enterprise processes. This role supports in-person and virtual formats, aligning content with standards and best practices.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, tailoring content to roles, coordinating with SMEs, and traveling for in-person sessions as needed. Strong ERP and CMiC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or utility scale EPC construction experience as a Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Controller or combination thereof.
• Strong technical proficiencies with project management principles including change management, contracting, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ERP management software.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP is required. CMiC experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in virtual training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective organizational and communication skills; must have strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes professional knowledge and strong internal partnerships to support role and department objectives.
• Design and deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for Operations end users.
• Utilize various formats (e.g., workshops, webinars, e-learning modules) to deliver training content.
• Create and maintain training materials, including guides, presentations, and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
• Develops and updates a schedule for the development and implementation of assigned training program.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training content reflects current company standards and addresses operational needs.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate accuracy and completeness of training materials.
• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness.
• Recommend enhancements to improve system utilization and user experience.
• Maintain a repository of training resources for easy access by end users.
• Provide ongoing support for Operations specific ERP-related questions and troubleshooting as needed.
• Travel to company offices and jobsites to provide in-person training.
