Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver engaging training for ERP systems across enterprise processes. The role supports in-person or virtual sessions and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align content with standards and best practices.

This position requires 7+ years in EPC construction roles, CMiC ERP experience, and proficiency with Zoom/Teams. Remote or hybrid work is possible with regular in-office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years EPC construction experience in project roles such as engineer, manager or superintendent.
• Hands-on ERP experience required; CMiC experience preferred.
• Strong skills with virtual training tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows for relevance.
• Develop schedules for training program development and deployment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reflect company standards.
• Travel to offices and job sites to provide in-person training.
