Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for our ERP systems, tailored to end users across Operations. The role emphasizes practical training delivery, content development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position supports in-person or virtual sessions, requires strong project management and ERP knowledge, and involves travel to company offices and jobsites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPC construction experience as Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Controller or combination thereof.
• Strong technical proficiencies with project management principles including change management, contracting, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ERP management software.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP is required; CMiC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for Operations end users.
• Utilize formats such as workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules to deliver training content.
• Create and maintain training materials including guides and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
• Develop and update a schedule for development and implementation of training programs.
• Travel to company offices and jobsites to provide in-person training.
