Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our ERP systems, tailored to Operations end users across enterprise processes. You will create engaging in-person or virtual sessions and align content with standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

You will travel to company offices or jobsites as needed for in-person training, and report to the Director of Project Standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or utility scale EPC construction experience as either a Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Controller or combination thereof.
• Strong technical proficiencies with project management principles including change management, contracting, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ERP management software.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP is required. CMiC experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in virtual training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for Operations end users.
• Utilize various formats (e.g., workshops, webinars, e-learning modules) to deliver training content.
• Create and maintain training materials, including guides, presentations, and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
• Develops and updates a schedule for the development and implementation of assigned training program.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training content reflects current company standards.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate accuracy and completeness of training materials.
• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support for Operations ERP questions and troubleshooting.
