Job summary

NOCD is a leading telehealth provider specializing in OCD treatment. We seek Independently Licensed Therapists in West Virginia to join our network and deliver evidence-based therapy through our NOCD video platform.

You will manage a caseload, complete documentation in our EHR, and participate in ongoing clinical training and consultation. Remote work from a private location is supported with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree Required.
• West Virginia: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system.
• Participate in clinical consultation, training, and further education on OCD treatments.
• Collaborate with network providers to reinforce treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend world-class training program developed by industry leaders.
• Attend 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation.
• Maintain 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability for Member Sessions.
