Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will lead ERP strategy, governance, and optimization across higher education clients, directing a team of analysts and IT resources to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

You will collaborate with college leadership, IT, vendors, and executives to standardize processes, drive adoption, and shape the long-term technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and risk practices for enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy, governance, and optimization initiatives.
• Manage ERP operations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals.
• Lead a team of ERP analysts and tech resources.
