Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP initiatives for higher education customers in a remote US role. You will drive strategy, governance, optimization, and deployment while guiding a team of analysts and technical staff to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

You’ll partner with college leaders and executives to standardize processes, improve adoption, and align technology with the long-term roadmap. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT, CS, Business or related field preferred.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience, including leadership.
• 3+ years people management in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy, governance, optimization, and support.
• Direct ERP operations, testing, releases, changes, upgrades.
• Develop ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and growth.
• Mentor ERP analysts and technical resources; manage priorities.
